In part 2 of 3 in my blog ‘Change’ I stated that; if you don’t change with the times, you will stagnate, there is no standing still, you are either moving forward, or sliding backwards. I also stated that making changes and improvements in your life at a steady pace instead of wild New Year’s solutions would be much more effective, and more likely to work. So what is your plan to live a lifestyle to your liking once and for all?
Where do you see yourself a year from now?
When I was a practicing Social Worker, I heard all the reasons why some people could not be happy and successful etc.
However, I also had clients who succeeded in life despite some really harrowing circumstances they found themselves in. So why did these particular people succeed? They changed their mindset to a positive one, they became self-motivated, and they became empowered and took action to live a more productive happier life.
It does not matter what has happened in the past, start making steady changes now, one step at a time! Just imagine- 52 weeks in a year means- 52 small changes in a year. WOW! You will be a very different person after a year, don’t you agree? Anything can happen!
